MendoViné’s very own salmon chowder, created by Mary Decker, is the open class winner of the 2017 Chowder Challenge

A delicious and hearty salmon chowder is a meal unto itself, and this special recipe shows off all the flavors and natural seafood flavor that is synonymous with the redwood coast. And the jury agrees! Look for this seasonal delight at MendoViné, prepared by Chef Mary herself.
